Return policy



Our policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example, perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (where applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, computer software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for a reason that is not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or non-received refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.

Only full price items are refunded. Unfortunately, discounted or promotional items are not.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order shipped to you with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send you a refund and you will know that you have returned your gift.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
