What are the delivery times for your products?
It takes 2 to 4 days to process your order and then 7 days to deliver it to you.


Do you ship worldwide?
No, for the moment, only to the UK.


Where do you ship from?
Our offices are located in Saint Leu la Forêt, France. Our international warehouse is located in China.


Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, please wait 3 days after your order and request it by email to contact@seempy.com.


There are some items missing in my order, what's wrong?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item, what can I do about it?
We are sorry about this. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the following email address: contact@seempy.com and we will refund the item as soon as possible.

We are located at 41 rue du bois d'aguère in Saint Leu la Forêt, France.


I haven't received my order yet, why is it taking so long?
We apologise for the delay. International shipments can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs formalities. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still need help tracking your package or would like to make an enquiry, please contact us by email at contact@seempy.com.



Do you have a returns policy?
We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may have with their online items. If you would still like us to refund your order, we can of course complete the payment, provided that the return is made within 30 days of receipt of the order and that the product(s) in question are not on sale.
